Baseball Begins... but IMO it's too damn cold!

Baseball has begun.
It is SO cold... too cold for baseball!
However, kids don't care that it's cold... but parents sure do!

Bryant has already played t-ball for 2 years... but because of his age he's not old enough to move out of t-ball into "bigger kid" baseball. Unfortunately this has been frustrating for him (and us) since he is clearly a much more advanced player than most kids his age.

Luckily we found a new baseball league where they place players on teams by ability not necessarily by age! So, Bryant is now playing baseball with kids 2-3 years old than him! He's now in a Rookie league where the ball will be pitched to him. We hope this proves to be more challenging and enjoyable for him!

The kids also get to practice different positions on the field.
Here's Bryant practicing as a catcher. He loves donning the catchers gear.

Let the games begin!

The End of Indoor Soccer Season

All good things must come to an end... Indoor Soccer is not different.

Our little stud, Bryant, played his first season of indoor soccer.

He did awesome.

He's in great physical condition and he loved the non-stop movement.

Here's the video... he shoots and he scores!

A Welcomed Visitor

We had a middle of the night visitor.

Someone Bryant has been waiting a long time for...

the Tooth Fairy!

Everyone Bryant knows has lost a tooth. He's been waiting and waiting to lose one. He's wanted the tooth fairy to come for sooooooo long. And finally he had a loose tooth.
He woke up one morning and found that his tooth was loose...

He wiggled the tooth all day long. Finally it got loose enough that he just pulled it out.

WOW... what a brave boy.

This was a huge event for him.

He called everyone we know to tell them he lost a tooth.

Some people, like grandpa, told Bryant he knew the tooth fairy and would put in a good word for him!

Then he sat down to write the ever so important letter to the tooth fairy.

He spent at least an hour writing his letter. He was very intent on making it perfect.

He was very pleased with his letter to the tooth fairy.

What a huge day for my little man.

Here's a copy of the letter he wrote.

As you can tell he sounded out the words all by himself.

Indeed the tooth fairy visited that night.

She brought him $11.00!

Why $11.00 you ask... well the tooth fairy didn't look very closely at what she was giving him. It was a surprise for everyone!

Congratulations Bryant on losing your first tooth. You're growing up so fast!

Holy.Crap.'The Bachelor' Is an Ass

Anyone else watching The Bachelor?

I was mad.as.hell as I watched the finale last night.
I was sooo a "Jason" fan and now I am not.
He's a selfish jerk.
Even though I'd like to *think* I'm not going to watch The Bachelor aftermath tonight... I'm sure I'll turn it on.
I'll admit that I'm turning it on in hopes of seeing Jason and Molly broken up and both heartbroken.
What comes around goes around~ right?
What do you think of the whole thing?
