Happy New Year!

We had a great time celebrating New Years with our family and friends in Portland.

We went to a Portland WinterHawks Hockey Game... our team lost... but it was still fun.

After the game we stayed and partied with the Hawks. Bryant has been giving Tomahawk (the WinterHawks mascot) hugs since he was 2 months old. Bryant LOVES hockey.

We even got Zac out of the house for a little while. Here we are in our New Years regalia.

Mom and I partied with funnel cakes and diet cokes. Yum... I'll take that over alcohol any day!

Dad wore his Pimp Daddy necklace (the one he got for Christmas). It went well with his New Years hat. We were calling him Flavor Flav all night long (since he had the big bling bling clock on his hat). If you don't know what I'm talking about then you obviously didn't watch 'The Flavor of Love' in 2007!

My mom introduced me to a wonderful new friend... Erin. She was so nice and a lot of fun. What a great way to start the new year... with new friends and acquaintances.

Bryant partied with some of his own friends at hockey... Erin and Jason's kids (Trey and Jenna). Bryant and Trey are two peas in a pod. They're both into anything sports related. They talked sports like my mom and I talk scrapbooking!

There were lots of great things for the kids to do. Bryant practiced his hockey slapshots.

He also tried the velcro wall. He put on a velcro suit, ran and then jumped from the trampoline to the velcro wall. He was one of the smallest kids doing it. He is such a dare devil.
He also played basketball, football, Foosball and air hockey. Bryant was in his glory.

By the end of the night, all the adults were exhausted... but the kids were still going hard (of course). I'd venture to say it was a happy New Year for all of us.

Okay, I have been wondering how Zac was all day!!! I am happy to see he is up and around... is he okay? I bet you are ready to be home, so he can get it taken care of! Sounds like a great New Year, though! Thinking of you, Jill
